The Panda class had a wonderful first term back in school.  The boys and girls wonderfully adjusted to be being back at school with the new changes and were delighted to see their friends!

In September, the boys and girls all dressed up in their finest red colours to mark 30 years since Cork won the double! The boys and girls were delighted to celebrate this!

For Science week, the Panda class were lucky enough to take part in a Nutty Scientists Chemical Reactions workshop via Zoom.  The boys and girls were so excited to see the different reactions the scientists showed us and were able to create their own slime with the guidance of the scientists.

In November and December, the Panda class worked very hard in Art.  The boys and girls had great fun creating clay snowmen and Christmas decorations.  Once made, the boys and girls painted their creations with bright festive colours! Here are some of their wonderful creations below!

For our Christmas performance, the boys and girls gave a wonderfully enthusiastic rendition of the poem ‘Sleeping Santa’ by Kenn Nesbitt.  The boys and girls dressed up in their Christmas jumpers and Christmas hats and impressively only needed one take to record their poem!
